The Voice-Acoustic VADAS is a modern high-performance amplifier platform with comprehensive features. The 4-channel amplifier delivers up to 2000 W per channel.

As standard, 4-channel signal inputs are available in analogue, digital AES/EBU and DANTE/AES67, which can be freely routed to each amplifier channel. A backup strategy with fallback levels can be created. The loop-through options for each signal type make it very easy to wire several amps with each other.

The DSP offers comprehensive processing functions such as FIR filters with 2048 taps, damping factor and impedance control, dynamic EQ, frequency-dependent and multiple limiter sections.

The user has access to extensive control and monitoring options with the ArmoníaPlus remote software, which is recognised and accepted worldwide in the pro audio business. All loudspeakers and amplifiers can be visualised in the graphical user interface, which simplifies the setup and use of larger sound systems. Any number of groups and operating
levels can be created. Filtering, gains and delays can be set within these groups.

The 4.3″ capacitive touch display and encoder wheel offers manual and quick access to all important functions, such as preset selection per channel, gain, delays, mute and routing, via intuitive menu navigation. This makes the VADAS very easy to use on small jobs, even without software access. The display also shows the available headroom with easy-to-read
figures in dB as well as other status monitoring parameters. The display can be locked to prevent unauthorised access. The LiveImpedance™ function can be used to check the status of a complete sound reinforcement system.

LiveImpedance™ utilises the amplifier’s ability to measure the impedance of the connected speakers. A calibration process is used to determine reference impedance values for the respective speaker. During a subsequent check, the newly measured values are compared with the reference values from the calibration. This makes it possible to determine whether
each speaker is operating and wired correctly.

ActiveDampingControl™ can electrically compensate for the negative effect of very long cable runs and help to achieve a noticeably more precise subwoofer sound.

The patented wide-range switching power supply with Power Factor Correction can be used anywhere in the world and has a 750J energy store to ensure consistently high performance.
